I found myself passing through Troy, Mo recently after a shoot out in the country. We had worked up an appetite and stopped at a prefab garage in the parking lot of a Krogers with a sign reading “Big Sticky’s BBQ”. How could we resist? Inside was no disappointment. We were greeted by Tony, Big Sticky himself, and possibly the best beef brisket sandwich I have ever eaten.
