This photograph is from a Riverfront Times article by Ian Froeb listing his top ten dishes of 2011.  Number 7 is The Chengu Spicy Beef from Joy Luck Buffet. I didn't taste it, but it did smell amazing. Ian's got great taste, so I'd totally trust his judgment on this one. However, I'd take the "spicy" part very seriously!
